There are no roads to the different lodges located in the area; access is by boat only. Boats leave from the town of Sierpe. From there, it is a 90-minute journey downriver, through the mangrove system, and then out into the Pacific, where the boat follows the coast in the direction of your hotel.

Your tour starts after a leisurely breakfast. It’s then a 40-minute boat ride to Coral Garden. At certain times of the year, you may also see pilot or humpback whales and dolphins along the way. The snorkeling site is located within a marine reserve and is a good place for spotting a wide variety of fish and marine mammals, including – if you are lucky – manta rays, turtles and small white-tipped sharks.
Your inflatable diving vests can be adjusted to allow you to bob on the surface, fully supported, or dive down below as you prefer. Accompanied by your guide, this is a great tour for beginners and experienced snorkelers alike. We usually snorkel for around an hour.

9:30 to 12:00 – Horseback riding tour in Manuel Antonio, You will experience the true Costa Rican lifestyle in this unique horseback ride through the luxurious rainforest and streams (2 hours by horse). The ride ends with an unforgettable swim in a spectacular natural swimming pool.
After some rest, you will enjoy whitewater rafting (approximately two hours) on Naranjo or Savegre River, both of which are considered some of the most beautiful rivers in Costa Rica. At the start by the river, certified guides will explain all the necessary safety information.
